The Junior Leadership/Business Development Program
provides students ages 8 to 17 the opportunity to learn how to
operate their own businesses. The responsibilities include but are
not limited to:
1. Inputting ideas to help make the lives of
individuals with disabilities easier.
2. Inviting qualified members to join the Junior
Leadership/Business Development Program.
3. Generate quality ideas to help in fundraising
efforts.
4. Volunteer in the community and at fundraising
events when permissible.
5. Help promote the organization to the community.
With your help in promoting the services provided by
Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated, the individuals associated
with Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated and the community,
individuals with disabilities can be very successful at achieving
their independence. This year we have expanded our operations, and
we need your help. We are inviting you to be the founding member and
leader of the Junior Advisory/ Board of Directors. The Junior
Advisory/ Board of Directors meetings take place once to twice a
month at a selected location usually the first and third week. Most
importantly, parental permission is required to join the board.
