July 20, 2007 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing on behalf of me and my son Marco Valencia. Marco who has been diagnosed with ADHD and has been seeing Ms. Julianna. Ms. J has been his mentor / piano teacher for a little over a year and Marco has accomplished so much! Not only has Marco learned how to play the recorder and read music wonderfully, but Marco has become more responsible and learned how to pace himself and has grown so much!! I owe a huge part of that to Ms. J!!! The music program he attends at Cromwell Recreational Center has done wonders for his self-esteem and character! As a very active parent, it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time! Ms. J has shown so much confidence in Marco that has helped him in succeeding as a child with an emotional disability. He is now able to help other children with what was taught to him in this time. Ms. J is truly a blessing in disguise! "Dear Julianna, "I want to thank you very much for all your assistance in helping find a Medicare supplemental insurance with Part D that does not cost anything extra to my monthly Medicare premium. I contacted the medical insurance company and was able to sign up. I thought all Medicare plans were HMO. And I love it that the new plan I now have is a PPO instead of an HMO.

"My 13yr old son has Epilepsy/Seizures and ADHD. He is in a learning disabled class full time due to his health matters. My son has been having troubles at his Jr. High with other kids as well as the teacher. "If it was not for Julianna knowing the laws and rights for the disabled my son would still be going through troubles at his school. Since she was able to send a letter to his school due to his health, the school in now changing their ways and being kinder to me as well. "Believe me if your having troubles with your child's school Julianna can help you.

I have worked with Julianna Ferella for the past few months in resolving issues in an educational setting. She has been very helpful and working with her has helped resolve many issues in a timely manner. Julianna has gone out of her way in making herself accessible for questions or to be available for conference calls. Since The Helping Hands Initiative Organization is not in the same state that the client is located in, issues have had to be discussed through email, phone calls, or through faxes. Every issue has been dealt with in a timely manner and in a professional way.
Ms. Ferella has provided good insight to the people she represents and has been able to see issues clearly. It has been a pleasure to work together with Julianna and The Helping Hands Initiative and I wish them much continued success.
