Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated’s board of directors attempts to create and establish guidelines to measure corporate effectiveness to ensure that the organization has adhered to its mission and vision statements as well as its goals and objectives so each program offered is successful. It is therefore resolved that the board of directors adheres to the following policy”  

Once a year, Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated will evaluate its goals and objectives and make sure they are fully aligned with the organizations mission and vision statements.

The first assessment will be completed in 2006 and conducted by the board of directors. 

Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated’s board of directors will receive a written report with the following contents.

1.    Activities that Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated completed in preceding years to achieve the goals and objectives stated. 

2.    The actions taken to measure corporate effectiveness associated with Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated and the achievement if its goals and objectives. 

3.    Analysis of corporate effectiveness associated with Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated and the achievement of its goals and objectives. 

4.    Recommended future projections for Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated so the goals and objectives are achieved.

5.    When the process is concluded, Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated will change its goals and objectives for Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated, if warranted, for the upcoming year and will recommend new and or additional ways to measure corporate effectiveness.
