The Board of Trustees associated with Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated consists of the following individuals; Julianna Farella, Patricia Curzio, Dr. Robert Cambria, Joann Amuso and Thomas O'Neill. Julianna Farella is the President of Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated. She brings personal experience to the Board of Trustees including being disabled herself with Multiple Sclerosis as well as working with individuals with disabilities. Patricia Curzio qualifies as a board member because of her social class of being a senior citizen while helping Ms. Farella complete organizational paperwork. Dr. Robert Cambria has been an established professional in the community for an extended period of time as a dentist. He became aware of Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated through Ms. Farella because she is a patient of his. Dr. Cambria is also an active member in the Richmond County Rotary Club.
Ms. Joanne Amuso is an Executive Administrative Assistant for Bear Stearns. She supports many organizations. Ms. Amuso became aware of “Helping Hands” through Dr. Robert Cambria and has agreed to volunteer her time and administrative skills.

Thomas O'Neill is a Certified Public Accountant for Laporta McNeill LLC. Mr. O'Neill became aware of Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated when Ms. Farella contracted the Association for Public Accountants to obtain a pro bono accountant to help her IRS paperwork for the organization to obtain tax exempt status. Mr. O'Neill agreed to volunteer his time to complete accounting tasks for the organization. He also volunteers his time to help the Parkinson's Foundation of Staten Island.
Paulette Guerrero is a Staten-Islander for 8 years and is a proud parent to Marco Valencia, who has been diagnosed with ADHD. Ms. Guerrero has a broad resume, which includes working with governmental and non for profit agencies. Ms. Guerrero assists with generating resumes for the poor and criminally challenged population who is trying to establish a better life on her spare time. Ms. Guerrero is currently working at a law firm on Staten Island. Dwayne A. Sykes is Founder and Executive Director of 360 disAbility Solutions, which provide computers to people with disabilities, design the computers to fit their disabilities and later provide on-going technical support. Dwayne held a position at JPMorgan Chase as a Sr. System Analyst and made the decision to leave in order to follow his dream, to start this organization. He recently graduated from Pace University with a BS in Personal Computing Studying. Dwayne worked in the technology field for 17 years with major organizations like Morgan Guaranty Trust, Coopers and Lybrand, F.W. Woolworth, Philip Morris, Brown Brothers and Harriman, just to name a few. His technical leadership has won him an award from JPMorgan Chase for his diligent work on 911, by implementing the Disaster Recovery Plan, which secured them from not having a negative financial impact. He was also one of the six finalists from Pace University 2006 Pitch an Idea Contest, where he pitched the concept of this organization in the social venture section. He is also was chosen out of 900 organization as a Semi-Finalist in the Echo Green 2007 Fellowship.
