Advisory services offered by the staff at Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated helps individuals prepare applications that would help them become as independent as possible. The applications that individuals would be assisted with include but not limited to Social Security disability benefits and medical insurance forms. The Social Security disability benefits application includes an individual’s personal information such as a person's full name, address, telephone number, Social Security number and conditions the individual is currently seeing. After the Social Security disability application is completed, a staff member from Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated will assist the individual applying for Social Security disability through the telephone and personal interview process.
