Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated’s advisory service will help individuals prepare applications that will help them become as independent as possible in society. Individuals will be assisted with applications such as insurance, Social Security Benefits and hospital applications. Assistance with obtaining mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers will also be provided. Follow-ups with both the clients and individual organizations will be completed to be sure satisfaction is achieved.

Staff working for Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated will travel within the New York City Area to help individuals obtain services needed to gain independence. Travel includes but not limited to meeting clients of Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated at Social Security Administration to file for benefits and at a medical office to help fill out paperwork for medical services.

What makes the referral service and the advisory service of Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated unique is the customized service that each client would receive starting with initial needs of the individual, then researching the information needed to help individuals fulfill their goals and the assistance provided by the staff at Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated to fill out and file the proper documentation so the needs of client’s associated with Helping Hands Initiative Incorporated are met.
